v2.3.1.3 #03 (22-08-2026):
- Installer: a clean install no longer wipes the mods\configs folder, so your mod settings stay in place; added an option to delete that folder as well
- Updated WOTInspector Heatmaps
- Updated MoE Calculator 14th_ua
- Updated Research Progress Bar by 14th_ua
- Removed all FPS limiters and replaced them with FPS Optimizer (from net.openwg.common): separate frame rate limits for battle and Garage, plus AMD Radeon Anti-Lag 2 and NVIDIA Reflex support. It is also installed together with XVM
- Note: the old FPS limiter selection is not carried over, so if you used one, tick FPS Optimizer manually during this install. Anti-Lag 2 and Reflex are off by default, enable them in the game graphics settings
- Note: Battle Equipment: the panel side and ALT-key options are gone from the modpack list, set them yourself in the mod settings menu in the garage
